As the main contact and person responsible for the team, I confirm that:

the parents or other person responsible for each of the team members have been consulted and agree to his/her participation in the Great Edinburgh Mini-Kart Race.
the team members will adhere to safe procedures in the assembly, testing and racing of the Guider, such as common-sense and guide-lines that may be issued indicate.
before commencement of the race, Guiders (mini-Karts) will be inspected for safety and security of construction, and team members will be expected to wear protective clothing, safety helmets at minimum. I will help to ensure that these stipulations are met.
